Event and competition live stream: pace, angles and audio

A speaker panel is stable; a race or opening shifts the point of interest every second. So the live-stream plan is built on movement and spare angles, not one locked tripod. In Baku that covers corporate openings, award nights and sports tournaments.

The main camera holds the wide; the second takes finish, stage or podium close. A third can catch crowd and emotion. The switcher follows the action, not a rigid programme clock.

In competition the referee or host mic is primary; crowd noise is secondary but should not be fully cut. Openings need ambient for ribbon cuts and applause. Overlay music follows platform rules.

Outdoor and night light break exposure. Auto cameras “breathe”. A professional setup locks stage light and ISO early. On Baku boulevard and plaza openings, wind and crowd flow are planned too.

A dropped signal on a live race is a reputation risk. Ethernet plus 4G and a local recording should be standard. Sponsor logos and athlete faces need consent in the brief.

Thirty to sixty seconds an hour after the finale beats a delayed film on social. It comes from the stream recording — no extra shoot day. Media7 runs same-day edit in the same flow as the broadcast.
